CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

DESIGNBYGAVRIELA is a handmade clothing brand, due to this we cannot cancel orders as we work to deadlines which means the orders are started as soon as possible to work to the deadline. please ensure all order details are correct when placing a order.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS?

Due to DESIGNBYGAVRIELA being a handmade brand, we unfortunately do not accept refunds.

However in the unlikely case that you receive a faulty or damaged garment, we will offer to fix the item. In this case please message on Instagram or by email at designgavriela@gmail.com with your order number and description and photographic evidence of the fault.

At DESIGNBYGAVRIELA we use Royal Mail for delivery - Royal Mail at £5.99

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

All orders will be posted by the turn around date stated at the top of the website, however if you would like it by a specific date please message on instagram or by email at designgavriela@gmail.com first and we will try to accommodate this.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS ON READY TO WEAR?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the 14 days of receiving. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items and made to measure), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
